We offer a range of tailored training packages to support staff and student wellbeing. They apply a strengths-based approach to support change, create solutions and enhance psychological wellbeing.
Developing workplace wellbeing and reducing burnout
We apply a strengths based approach designed to drive positive change at the individual, team, or organisational level. It focuses on identifying and building on existing strengths to inspire growth and improvement.
We support leaders to prevent burnout and not just respond to it. Creating workplace cultures where people can stay and do meaningful work.
Research indicates that when organisations focus on building wellbeing and preventing burnout it will increase motivation, commitment, psychological wellbeing and ultimately increase productivity.
We are trained facilitators of Appreciative Inquiry and can also offer Appreciative Inquiry training for your organisation.
Training packages can be made bespoke but include:
- Preventing silent burnout and disengagement
- Applying Appreciative Inquiry to achieve successful organisational change
- Creating a culture of psychological safety


Managing a successful retirement
It is important to explore and plan for the losses in retirement including loss of structure, identity and connection- all which can impact on our mental health.
Protective factors such as self-compassion. optimism, connection and self-esteem are vital to support a successful meaningful retirement.
- Workshops and training seminars can be provided on how to manage a successful retirement (the psychological impact).
- Individual coaching sessions can also be provided creating the psychological space to reflect on the transition and how you will plan for it.
Supervision and Coaching
We are trained in and have years of experience with a number of supervision and coaching practices including solution focused, motivational interviewing and appreciative inquiry. Carol was also a tutor on training course for Educational Psychologists at Queen's University Belfast.
Effective supervision and coaching should provide a reflective space which creates a time to focus on strengths, explore possibilities and to enhance psychological wellbeing.
Training on integrating supervision and coaching practices into your workplace can be provided.
