About Us

Cavehill Psychology is an independent practice based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, led by Dr Carol Strahan, Educational Psychologist with an MSc in Occupational Psychology.

Carol specialises in staff wellbeing, burnout prevention, school culture and psychologically informed training. Her work brings together research, facilitation and practical experience supporting wellbeing across schools, universities and organisations.
 
Carol co-founded the NI School Staff Wellbeing Project, has provided staff and student wellbeing training at Queen’s University Belfast, and has published research on teacher burnout, self-efficacy and collective efficacy.
